How do I place an order?

  • Add the desired product to your shopping cart.
  • Go to your shopping cart and enter a discount code if necessary.
  • Press the button to go to the ordering process.
  • Enter your details step by step.
  • Optional: Choose a different shipping address in step 3.
  • Order faster with an account; data is partly filled in automatically.
  • After posting you will receive a confirmation by email and we will continue to keep you informed.
  • And you will receive a track and trace code.

If you have not received a confirmation, please check your email address and spam folder.

What if I want to cancel an order?

Cancellation is possible before the order has been shipped.
After shipment, follow the returns process as described below.

Refund:
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

Please allow 5-10 business days for processing after receiving the returned products.

Which payment methods do you use?

We use the following payment methods:

  • iDEAL: Pay easily and directly via your trusted online banking environment.
  • Klarna Pay Now: Fast and secure payment with Klarna directly at checkout.
  • PayPal: Secure online payments with PayPal, accepted worldwide.
  • Giropay: German customers can pay easily and securely through their own bank.
  • Bancontact: Belgian customers pay quickly and securely with Bancontact.

EPS: Suitable for Austrian customers who want to pay online.

SEPA Bank Transfer: Pay via a standard bank transfer within the SEPA zone.

What are the shipping costs?

We deliver with different carriers who charge different prices.

The standard shipping costs are €5.95 for orders under €79.00

  • Package of up to 10 kg delivered to your home by DHL or picked up at a DHL point is €5.95
  • Package of up to 20 kg delivered to your home by DHL or picked up at a DHL point is: €9.95
  • Package of up to 10 kg delivered to your home by PostNL standard or picked up at a PostNL point is €6.95
  • Package of maximum 10 kg delivered to your home by DPD home: €5.95

Extra service: You can send your order insured for an extra €2.50

Can I collect my package?

You can collect your order at a PostNL or DHL point. At checkout, choose the desired PostNL or DHL point in your area.

You can also collect and return your order for free at our warehouse at Binnenhof 23 in Rotterdam. Collection times are:
- Monday from 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM
- Tuesday to Friday from 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What is the delivery time of my product?

If the products are in stock, your order will be shipped within 1 to 3 days.

For products that need to be replenished and have already been ordered, the shipping time is 4 to 5 days. Otherwise the availability date will be stated.

The exact delivery time is stated in the order confirmation.

Although we do our best to deliver the order on time, we cannot always guarantee this.

What if my order consists of items with different delivery times?

Orders will be shipped once all products are in stock. We do this to ensure that you only have to pay shipping costs once, or even no shipping costs at all.

For orders with products with different delivery times, you can request to receive the available products earlier via your account or customer service.

What is the delivery time if I place my order during the weekend?

Saturday orders with stock will be delivered on Tuesday or Wednesday, unless a different delivery date is chosen.

Delivery time exceeded:
Although we do our best to deliver the order on time, we cannot always guarantee this.

If the delivery time is exceeded, you will receive an email notification.

What are Sale products?

Sale products are discounted, usually with a discount or special offer. These products are temporarily available at a lower price than the original price, often as part of a promotion, sale or special occasion.

What are Koopjeshoek products?

  • Bargain Corner products are unused products that have been returned by customers.
  • The packaging may be damaged, no longer have its original packaging, or the product may have minor damage that prevents it from being sold as new.
  • Every bargain corner product has been checked and is in good condition. Although there may be minor damage, the product is still functional and visually appealing.
  • The advantage of the Bargain Corner is that you can buy products at an attractive discount, with which you can upgrade your home affordably and stylishly at a lower price.

What are Handmade and Limited Edition products?

  • Handmade products are unique creations made with love and craftsmanship. Each piece tells a story of dedication and originality.
  • Limited Edition products are items that have limited availability. Be quick to get your unique piece.
  • Some handmade and limited edition products are difficult to obtain and cannot always be replenished. Please be aware of availability at the time of purchase.
  • For handmade products, products may have slight variations compared to images shown. These variations contribute to the uniqueness of each item.
  • In case of defects, replacement can be difficult, especially when it comes to unique pieces that are no longer available. However, we will do our best to provide appropriate solutions.

Can I return Sale - Bargain Corner - Handmade and Limited Edition products?

When purchasing the Sale - Bargain Corner - Handmade and Limited Edition products online, you have 14 days to return the product.

De Koopjeshoek - Handmade and Limited Edition products have different conditions than 'normal' products.

They do not have a manufacturer's warranty like 'normal' products.

Returns

What if I want to return an item?

Register your return here within 30 days of receipt, and return the products within the same period in their original condition, with the original labels and of course unused. Return costs are at your own expense.
Please include a copy of the order confirmation in the return package.

We aim to refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice.

We will only cover the return costs in the event of non-performance or production error. You will receive instructions via email from our customer service for the returns procedure.

How do I register a return?

Go to your account and select the relevant order.

Complaints and warranty

What if I have received an incorrectly delivered product or defective product?

For quick handling, report incorrectly delivered products, any defects, defects or damage within 72 hours of receipt.

Send photos of the damaged item and packaging to our customer service via email and we will find a suitable solution together.

What guarantee do you offer?

Report defects or incorrect deliveries to our customer service via email within 2 months.

Our warranty period is the same as the manufacturer's warranty period.

Please note: the warranty does not apply if you carry out repairs yourself, treat products carelessly, or do not comply with the instructions for use.

What if I have a complaint?

Submit complaints about the implementation of the agreement fully and clearly within 2 months after discovering defects.

We will respond to submitted complaints within 14 days of receipt. If the processing time is longer, we will inform you about receipt and provide an indication for a more detailed answer.

Alternative: report complaints via the European ODR platform ( http://ec.europa.eu/odr ).

If complaints are found to be justified, we will replace or repair the delivered products free of charge at our discretion.
